Young performers from L.A. Dance, a studio in Orion Township, are preparing to bring a timeless holiday classic to the stage of the Oxford High School Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Dec. 8.

They will present “The Nutcracker,” a two-act ballet set to the majestic music of 19th-century Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The performance will begin at 5 p.m. and tickets are $20 each.
