The Oxford Women’s Club will be hosting its annual Fashion Show on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Boulder Pointe Golf and Conference Center (1 Champion Circle).

The doors will open at 5 p.m. for shopping provided by local artists and retailers. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. followed by the fashion show. This year’s program will be given by Kim Rose, of Fento, and Sue Oles, of Boulevard Boutique in downtown Oxford. Tickets are on sale for $35 and can be obtained from any member of the Oxford Women’s Club, at Boulevard Boutique (5 South Washington) or at Great Lakes Mercantile (8 South Washington).

The Oxford Women’s Club is celebrating its 85th anniversary. In the past seven years, more than $70,000 in scholarships have been awarded to Oxford-area high school seniors. Substantial donations have also been made to FISH and other school programs. The organization meets once a month and is always looking for new members.
