Board Meeting Synopsis

The Addison Township Board; its elected members are Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Fisher, Trustee King, Trustee Newby, Trustee Gierak and Trustee Senft held a meeting on April 17, 2017, at 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard MI 48367. The following action was taken:

ORDER OF BUSINESS:

Clerk Bennett requested to delete #5 and add as #6 Fire Department fire truck capital purchase and #7 Amendment to the Indian Lake inter-local agreement between Oakland Township, Addison Township and Indian Lake SAD

Approved the agenda as amended.

Approved the Consent Agenda consisting of the March 20, 2017 minutes, bills as paid for March 2017, Waive section 4.19 5a for engineered plans for a private rd. as approved deed restricted for one parcel and driveway for land division application parent parcel: 05.36.300.002 Applicants Foster Trust, OAYA sponsorship funds: $5385 and Tri Party Agreement $19,767.

Held a Public Hearing and authorized the Special Assessment District Ballantyne, Birch, Birch Grove and Birch Grove Ct.

Presentations for Information Technology Service Agreement with C-NET Systems Inc. and I.T. RIGHT Inc. awarded the agreement to I.T. Right.

Approved the Final Site plan for Upland Hills School: Parcel 05.32.326.003 Address 2575 Indian Lake rd. contingent upon all required permits.

Presentation by CISMA deleted.

Authorized the Fire Department fire truck capital purchase with Halt/Pierce engine/truck not to exceed $453,478

Approved the Amendment to the Indian Lake inter-local agreement between Oakland Township, Addison Township and Indian Lake SAD
