July 31:

Caller reported a dog found on Drahner Rd. and M-24 at 8 p.m. to the Oxford Village Police. Details were posted on the Facebook page “For Love of Louie” and to the Oxford Village Police lost and found list.

July 30:

A 64-year-old woman called Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies at 12:14 p.m. to request the removal of her 46-year-old boyfriend from their shared residence in the 50 block of Harriet St. The woman stated he had urinated on her several days earlier. The woman was told to notify sheriff’s deputies at the time of occurrence in the future and was advised about proper eviction proceedings.

July 29:

Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 1200 block of Oakmont Dr. at 6:10 a.m. to investigate a noise complaint. Sheriff’s deputies allegedly found six minors, ages ranging from 15-18, in the home’s backyard. Five of the minors told deputies they had been drinking, according to the sheriff’s report. A 15-year-old resident of the home stated that he had not been drinking, but was having his friends over while his mother was out of town. A preliminary breath test was administered to the minors and results showed blood alcohol contents ranging from .054 to .19 percent. Five of the minors were issued citations for person under 21-consumption of alcohol and the 15-year-old’s mother was advised.

July 26:

A 21-year-old Oxford woman called Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies at 6:26 p.m. to report credit card fraud. The woman told police she had gone to jail on July 7 for a bond violation on an open intoxicants charge and was released July 21. Upon arriving at the jail, the woman had left her car and purse in the court parking lot, where her mother and friend, a 19-year-old woman from Auburn Hills, had driven the car home. The Oxford woman told police that her friend had allegedly used her credit cards a total of eight times while she was in jail. The credit cards were cancelled and the Oxford woman informed police she would like to press charges against the responsible party.
