There’s nothing like a good old-fashioned sugar rush to kick off the weekend.

Local youth participated in a sweets-themed lock-in Friday evening at the Oxford Public Library.

The kids had fun doing everything from decorating and eating cupcakes to sampling and rating different types of chocolate. Yum!
