Boys laxers beat Stoney Creek, now 5-0

Continuing their undefeated streak in the OAA, the Wildcats lacrosse players took down Stoney Creek in a 13-3 game on April 25. They now have a winning record of 5-0 in the league and 7-2 overall.

Junior Matt Pullman led Oxford’s defense with six goals throughout the night. In the midfield, Head Coach Shawn Regan said freshman Luke Grove and junior Logan Vachon helped Oxford maintain control of the ball.

In the goal, freshman Eric Paternoster held down the fort and, according to Regan, is “getting stronger in every game.”

Now about halfway through their season, Regan is starting to see his boys really come together as a team. Hoping to continue their winning streak, the boys will be back at it on May 2 when they head to North Farmington.
