Chicago Brothers Pizza has it all covered

As each year passes, the menu at Chicago Brothers Pizza continues to expand.
Traditional favorites and popular new items combine to make Chicago Brothers a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the area.
‘We just had our 18th anniversary in January,? says owner Dan Brown, a 1988 Lake Orion High School graduate who has been with Chicago Brothers from the beginning.
The Lapeer Road eatery offers dining-in, carry-out and delivery options, which are made simpler by their new online ordering options.
Customers can visit www.chicagobrotherspizza.com to see a menu and place an order for a specific pick-up time.
‘People are starting to use it more and more,? Brown says, adding that it is a popular feature for customers on their way home from work.
Chicago Brothers continues to offer their popular all-you-can-eat lunch buffet Monday through Friday, but the restaurant is more than just pizza.
Included on their extensive menu are Italian dinners like lasagna and stromboli, chicken dinners, rib dinners, fish dinners, subs and salads.
‘It’s about having more options,? Brown says. ‘People love our hot wings too.?
‘But it’s not just the hot wings,? he adds. ‘We have plain and barbeque that are popular too.?
The sub sandwiches are popular as well, in part because they are oven baked ? a concept that Chicago Brothers began long before the chain restaurants in the area.
‘People really like the fact that they’re oven baked,? notes Brown. ‘We’ve just always done that.?
Of course, the restaurant has stayed true to its name, serving up top-notch Chicago-style pizza.
‘I’ve started to make a new square deep-dish small and large pizza,? Brown says. ‘That’s our newest menu item.?
A large one-topping square deep dish is now on special for just $7.99.
The new pizza joins other popular pizza items like the Chicago-style stuffed pizza.
They also have popular breadsticks (served with pizza sauce and ranch dips) and just started carrying cinnamon sticks.
‘The unique thing is that we deliver all of these items too,? Brown says.
Special catering is available for church functions, school events and graduation parties, among other things.
Brown’s brother-in-law and sister-in-law have taken the Chicago Brothers concept to Missouri, starting their own franchise, Chicago Brothers Pizza and Pub.
Jeff and Stacey Coats opened the restaurant in Lake Ozark last May.
‘They’re from Lake Orion and liked what I had done here,? Brown notes.
Chicago Brothers pizza is located at 1480 S. Lapeer Road.
