53-year-old Brandon man arrested for operating while intoxicated

An Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a pickup truck swerving within his lane on N. Baldwin Rd. near Hummer Lake Rd. on Nov. 9 at 12:19 a.m.

When a check of the man’s license plates revealed a warrant in Lapeer County, he was pulled over and displayed signs of intoxication. The man failed a series of field sobriety tests and was transported to Oakland County Jail.
