After a season full of shattering records, freshman swimmer Carson Wolf climbed the podium on March 9 at the state championships when he took 15th place in the tough 200 Individual Medley.

Wolf took 15th by swimming a time of 1:58.79. He also competed in the 500 Freestyle at states, in which he qualified, but did not make it past the preliminary round after he swam a time of 4:49.27. He officially earned 20th place for the race.

Throughout the regular season, Wolf has broken the 200 IM and 500 Free records time and time again.

He was also one of the swimmers in Oxford’s record setting 200 Medley and 400 Free relay teams.

Sophomore Zach Beatty also competed and, though he qualified for the 500 Free, he did not make it past the preliminary round and swam a time of 4:52.68. The time gave him 22nd place. Beatty was also a swimmer in the 200 Medley and 400 Free relay teams during the regular season.
