Oxford senior Zach Patterson (#39) finished fifth overall at the Michigan High School Athletic Association Lower Peninsula Region 7-1 meet at Clintonwood Park in Clarkston on Friday, October 30. Patterson finished the 5,000 meter course in 16:04.1 minutes, a personal record, and will now compete in the Division 1 state final at Michigan International Speedway on Friday, November 4. Both the boys and girls teams finished last out of eight teams.
