Board Meeting Synopsis
The Addison Township Board; its elected members Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Fisher, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Geibel, Trustee Gierak and Trustee Sargent held a regular meeting electronically under PUBLIC ACT 228 of 2020 on December 21, 2020. The Offices are located at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard MI 48367.
The following action was taken:
Approved the Agenda.
Approved the Consent Agenda consisting of November 16, 2020 Minutes, Bills as paid, Six Rivers dues, 2021 Clinton River Watershed dues and appointment of a Park Ranger.
Authorize the positions for two new full-time career firefighters/medics for the Fire Department.
Approved the Resolution authorizing the Interlocal Agreement for Oakland County and to approve the designated Assessor.
Approved Addison Township Policy and Guidelines for Granting of Hardship Exemptions.
Appointments to the following Boards: Board of Review, Planning Commission, ZBA Alternate , OAYA, Polly Ann Trail, NOTA, OACCC, No Haz, CISMA, Planning Commission, ZBA and Semcog.
Approved the Resolution for the 2021 NO HAZ Interlocal Agreement.
Supervisor presented the 21/22 budget.
Entered into closed session under MCL 15.268(e) and 15.268(h) relating to circuit court consent judgment in case 91-423067-ch.
Action on closed session: To not to consider opening the consent judgements and to keep the current consent in place.
Authorized payment/refund of Manotic Light District.
