SPECIAL USE SIGN
Pursuant to the provisions of Village of Oxford Ordinance No. 324, the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the Oxford Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan 48371 to consider the following:
Applicant: Home Grown Brewing Company
Location: 28 N. Washington Street
Parcel ID: 04-22-460-002
Zoning: C-1 Core Central Business District Core
Request: Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Article 7, Section 7.4.7 J, Roof Signs, the applicant is requesting a special land use approval for a Roof Sign on 28 N. Washington Street.
