SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on August 10, 2022 at the
Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Charles, Trustee Colvin
ABSENT: Trustee Nold, Trustee Payne
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as amended.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Adopted the Zoning Map Amendments to the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Ordinance 67A as
presented.
Approved the 2023 Charter Township of Oxford Budget Calendar as presented, and set a Board of Trustees
Special Meeting for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
Approved that the Christmas Eve holiday for 2023 be observed on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
Approved that the Charter Township of Oxford will raise its personal time off to 48 hours those additional 8
hours will be used as a floater holiday.
Approved the estimate from Kapala Heating and Air Conditioning in the amount of $6,742.00.
Approved to authorize Supervisor Curtis and Oxford Fire Chief Scholz to create and solicit request for proposal
for painting the fire hydrants in Oxford Township.
Approved to appoint Supervisor Curtis and Trustee Colvin to the Oxford Township Evaluation Committee.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
