SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on April 10, 2019 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.

PRESENT: Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Curtis, Trustee Durr, Trustee Nichols, Trustee Payne

ABSENT: Supervisor Dunn

The following actions were taken:

Approved the Agenda as amended.

Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Approved to set a Second Reading and possible adoption of Fire Prevention and Protection Ordinance 95.004 .

Approved to Adopt Zoning Ordinance 67A.018: Amendments to Sections 8.1; 11.2-11.4; 11.7; 11.8; and 13.9.

Approved to Adopt Acreage Division Ordinance 104A.006

Approved to Adopt Consumers Energy Company Gas Franchise Ordinance 72A.

Approved the Resolution approving the Interlocal Agreements between Charter Township of Oxford and the Charter Township of Orion.

Approved the Oxford Police Protection Millage Ballot Language for the August 6, 2019 Special Election.

Approved the Parks and Recreation Millage Ballot Language for the August 6, 2019 Special Election.

Approved the 2019 Seymour Celebration Fireworks Contract.

Approved the Stony Lake Park Property Split.

Approved the Grant of Permanent Easement for Water Supply System as presented.

Approved the Charter Township of Oxford Public Summary of FOIA Procedures and Guidelines, as amended by Public Act 523 of 2018.

Approved to enter into a 3 year contract with Oakland County Equalization Division for assessing services.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
