Saturday’s wet weather didn’t dampen folks’ spirits a bit as they enjoyed the annual Scarecrow Festival in downtown Oxford. They played games, ate chili and pie, raced Pinewood Derby cars, listened to music and met a pig named Bubbles. Victoria’s Delights beat out six other local restaurants in the chili cook-off, winning both the judges’ and people’s choice awards.
