Rangers go 14-0, win Babe Ruth championship


Hats off to the Rangers!

The team had a magnificent regular season record of 12-0, then won two more games in the playoffs to clinch the championship for the Babe Ruth Division of the Oxford Recreational Baseball Association.

All games were played at Daniel Axford Elementary School on Mechanic St. Players are ages 11 and 12.

The Rangers roster includes Owen Avey, Trent Brown, Blake Cardona, Landon Jenson, Evan Kussner, Jake Love, Chasten Maier, Darren McLeod, Sean Patterson, Steven Patterson and Ryan Peruski. Jeff Cardona is the head coach and assistant coaches are Scott Patterson and Jason Kussner.

    I was on that team the won with the red shoes
