Student Success: Dean’s List

Jacob Samuels of Oxford qualified for the Spring 2020 Dean’s List at Belmont University, Kentucky. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.

The following students earned a grade point average of 4.0 for the Winter semester of 2020 at Northern Michigan University.

The following students earned a grade point average of between 3.50 and 3.99 for Northern’s 2020 winter semester:

Austin Peay State University is proud to recognize Kendall Todd from Oxford, as one of more than 2,500 students named to the Dean’s List for academic achievement during the Spring 2020 semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or greater.

Elisabeth Summers, a Junior Accounting major from Oxford, was among over 850 Bob Jones University students named to the Spring 2020 Dean’s List. The Dean’s List recognizes students who earn a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester. BJU is located in Greenville, South Carolina.

 Alma College has released the Dean’s List for those students who achieved outstanding academic performance during the 2020 Winter Term. Students who achieve a 3.5 or better grade point average during a term, while carrying a minimum of 13 credits, at least eight of which are evaluative grades, are named to the Dean’s List. Those earning honors from Oxford include: Paul Heuschele, a sophomore, is a graduate of St. Mary’s Preparatory. Brenna Maurer, a first-year student, is a graduate of Oxford High School. Abigail Mooney, a first-year student, is a graduate of Oxford High School.

Oxford student Jordyn Finney graduated with a degree in kinesiology-exercise science. Finney was also named to the Albion College Dean’s List for the Spring 2020 semester. Dean’s List honors are given to students who achieve a 3.5 or better GPA in four graded courses. Finney is the child of Shane and Suzette Finney of Oxford and is a graduate of Cranbrook Kingswood School.
