SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on December 11, 2024 at
the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Colvin, Trustee Charles, Trustee
Wagner, Trustee Omtvedt
ABSENT: None
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as presented.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Approved to meet in Closed Session at 6:32 p.m. for the purpose of discussing negotiations with the
International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 4763.
Approved to return to Open Session at 7:12 p.m for the purpose of discussing negotiations with the
International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 4763.
Approved the Second Reading of Zoning Ordinance No. 67A.035.
Approved the Second Reading of Zoning Ordinance No. 67A.036.
Approved the collective bargaining agreement between Oxford Fire Department and the International
Association of Fire Fighters, Local 4763.
Approved the Interlocal Agreement between the Charter Township of Oxford and the Polly Ann Trailway
Management Council, Inc.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for General Fund (101) with revenues and expenditures
balancing at $4,689,188.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Road Fund (204) with revenues and expenditures
balancing at $372,904.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Fire Department Fund (206) with revenues and
expenditures balancing at $6,522,971.27.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Police Contracting Fund (207) with revenues and
expenditures balancing at $4,364,526.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Parks and Recreation Fund (208) with revenues and
expenditures balancing at $2,194,000.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Cemetery Maintenance Fund (209) with revenues
and expenditures balancing at $219,001.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Telecommunications Fund (239) with revenue and
expenditures balancing at $47,247.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Building Department Fund (249) with revenues and
expenditures balancing at $590,900.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Safety Path Fund (297) with revenues and
expenditures balancing at $662,500.00.
Approved the recommended 2024 budget amendments for Polly Ann Trailway Management Council Fund
(298) with revenues and expenditures balancing at $196,118.00.
Approved the 2025 General Appropriations Act as presented.
Approved the 2025 Compensation and Salary Resolutions as presented.
Approved to accept the resignation of Michael Spisz, with regret from the Oxford Township Planning
Commission effective immediately.
Approved the Charter Township of Oxford Committee and Commission Appointment list as presented.

Approved the Grounds Maintenance contract between Hi-Hill Lawn Service and the Charter Township of
Oxford.
Approved the 2025 Oxford Township Board Meeting Schedule as presented.
Approved the 2025 Holiday Schedule as presented.
Approved the 2025 No HAZ Agreement and Resolution as presented.
Approved the Cemetery Fees Resolution to amend Appendix A to Chapter 16 -Cemeteries of the Oxford
Charter Township Code of Ordinances as presented.
Approved to set the first reading for the Oxford Township Cost Recovery Ordinance for January 8, 2025.
