From French Onion soup and Cajun grilled salad to Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and classic burgers, the new Parkside Bar & Grill has just about every mouth-watering entr’e one could imagine.
According to Owner and Manager Rami Farah, business is booming.
‘Business is more than what we expected and we have received a lot of positive responses,? Farah said. ‘By looking at it, there are not a lot of businesses around like us. [Parkside] is more fancy than the normal bar and grill. We are currently working on making it more family oriented.?
Parkside is located at the corner of Baldwin and Clarkston road at 1065 South Baldwin Road, next to Swirlz frozen custard shop. On top of their various American-style dishes, Parkside offers a full service ‘beautiful? bar, Farah explained. A private room is available at advanced request that holds about sixty people comfortably. It can be used for bridal and baby showers and birthday parties.
Since their opening on June 4, Parkside has decided to make some changes to the menu and work to add a full-range catering service in the near future.
‘We want to take care of the menu right now (making the items more clear) and make sure we give the best to our customers,? Farah said. ‘We’re working on a catering menu and trying to get control of what we will do.?
Parkside’s official grand opening will be in July, followed by daily happy hours and daily specials throughout the month.
‘We are really here for the community and are willing to work with fundraisers and help out,? Farah said. ‘We want to be involved.?
