Pedestrians no longer have to be concerned about crossing the street at the corner of Main and Washington Streets in downtown Clarkston. A malfunctioning crosswalk light was repaired last week. Road Commission for Oakland County employees said one of their employees noticed the light was not working while in the midst of performing routine maintenance in the area. RCOC said the issue was an electrical problem, and only the ‘do not walk? signal quit working. The light was repaired on Wednesday. Photo by Andrea Beaudoin
