Who needs Old MacDonald when you’ve got Farmer Nate?
Author Nathan Perkins, one of the owners of Upland Hills Farm in Addison, visited the Oxford Public Library Saturday morning.
Perkins read from his 2012 book “A Day with the Animals at Upland Hills Farm” and his yet-to-be-published book “Moose the Goose.”
He also taught the kids how to make butter and spin yarn, then let them pet a pair of baby ducks along with a couple of Nigerian Dwarf goats named Mario and Luigi.
