This is why you don’t get too close to baby goats – they will eat your hair. But Oxford resident Kira Corrigan, 9, didn’t seem to mind a bit when Luigi, a baby Nigerian Dwarf goat from Upland Hills Farm in Addison Township, began nibbling on her blonde locks Saturday morning during a program at the Oxford Public Library. Author Nathan Perkins, better known as Farmer Nate, was there promoting his children’s books and discussing different aspects of farm life with some help from his animal pals.
