Cafes and Seating
To allow to operate between
November 1 and April 14 (year round)
Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering amendments to:
ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 4, USE STANDARDS, SECTION 4.1.45 Outdoor Cafes and Seating
Outdoor cafes and seating may be permitted to operate on public property between November 2 and April 14 (year round) through the Special Use process.
