SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on September 14, 2016 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.

PRESENT: Supervisor Dunn, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Curtis, Trustee Durr, Trustee Cryderman, Trustee Bellairs

ABSENT: None

The following; actions were taken:

Approved the Agenda as amended.

Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Approved the Memorandum of Agreement between the Township of Oxford and the Oxford Fire Fighters Union, IAFF Local 4763 as presented.

Approved to urn down the Elkview Grant Expense – Wetlands Survey.

Approved to continue with Oxford Community Television to provide local cable television services to the Oxford Community.

Approved to grant a variance to the ordinance requirement and allow Hubbard Spring Company to complete their project without installing the 300 feet of water main.

Approved to authorize Treasurer Ferrari to sign the grant amendment between the MDEQ and Oxford Township.

Approved to appoint Trustee Bellairs and Trustee Cryderman to the Employee Evaluation Review Team.

Approved the amount of $11,135.25 in 2017, $11,692.02 in 2018, $12,276,63 in 2019 and $12,890.47 in 2020 for the Oxford-Addison Youth Assistance Sponsorship.
