NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing by the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission will be held at the Charter Township of Oxford Meeting Room, 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, MI 48371 on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:

RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS ON PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE 67A:

Modify Section 8.10, Safety Paths, to permit the Planning Commission to make a recommendation to the Township Board regarding payment in lieu of constructing a required safety path as a condition of site plan approval.

Copies of the proposed text amendments are available for public review at the Charter Township of Oxford Office during office hours on weekdays, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
