Christ the King Church (CTK) is hosting an elegant evening of dining and dancing called the Frostbite Ball, on Saturday, January 28, from 5:30 – 10:00 p.m. at its Family Life Center(1550 W. Drahner Road). 

Live music will be provided by the Jump Street Swing Band.

Two hundred people are expected to attend the formal event.

Dance instructors from the Fred Astaire Dance Studio have given basic swing and ballroom dance lessons the past two Saturday evenings to 70 people each night. 

The instructors, Donald Westphal and Aubrey Meade will have another lesson that evening.  In addition, they will give a performance at the ball. 

Don Mancier, a member of CTK and amateur photographer, will be taking pictures of each couple wanting a photo of the evening.
