A dynamic industry veteran will open a new Oxford office for Rochester-based real estate firm RE/MAX Defined on May 5.

Broker and Owner Andrea Esse, who has spent nearly 15 years in the real estate industry, will be bringing her expertise to the Oxford community.

RE/MAX Defined, established in 2010, offers a wide array of services to assist in the buying and selling of homes.

The brokerage has nearly 50 employees who operate out of its three existing offices throughout Oakland County.

A fourth office is also set to open in Oakland Township in June 2017.

According to Esse, agents at RE/MAX Defined have many years of collective experience and it is that rock-solid foundation which makes the brokerage stand out.

“Typically agents that come to RE/MAX are agents that have been in the industry and have many years of experience and they’re producers,” said Esse. “They do a lot of business and they want to take their business to the next level and that’s why they come to RE/MAX. They want to be able to run their business the way they want to run it but have the support and the technology and the number one brand behind them.We offer our clients more experienced professionals.”

Along with helping Oxford residents find their dream homes, Esse said she can’t wait to start becoming a part of local community efforts. RE/MAX Defined currently supports non-profit organization Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, along with many other local businesses in each of the RE/MAX Defined communities.

“We’re excited to start building relationships with Oxford business owners and get to know the residents. We really want to recreate what we’ve done in Rochester. We often participate in events within the community and really just want to be a part of it,” she added.

The Oxford office, located at 51 S. Washington, Suite F, will be open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A grand opening will be held at the new office on May 10 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
