The Wildcats varsity softball team took on Lakeland Monday, May 22, coming out on top with a 5-4 score.

Hannah Vachon had three hits and Kenzie Miller chipped in two.

Chloe Allen had two RBIs.

Kaitlyn Bean recorded the win on the mound and Vachon picked up a two inning save.

The team is 18-3 overall.

On Tuesday, May 30, the Cats will go up against Troy in a doubleheader held at 4:30 p.m. at home.
