Steve and Kathy Laidlaw, of Oxford, are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Allie Laidlaw, to Aaron Lanctot.

Aaron is the son of Larry and Sherri Lanctot, of Snover, Michigan.

Allie is a 2010 graduate of Oxford High School and 2014 graduate of Michigan State University. She is currently teaching English and coaching at Saginaw Heritage School in Saginaw Twp.

Aaron is a 2009 graduate of Sandusky High School and 2015 graduate from Northwood University. He currently works as a construction project engineer at E & L Construction Group in Flint.

A June 2017 outdoor wedding is planned in Snover, Michigan.
