June 18: Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home located on the corner of Glenmoor Dr. and W. Drahner Rd. at 8:22 p.m. A 30-year-old resident stated he had allegedly observed a white male and female with a cooler and fishing poles sitting on his patio furniture located on a waterside deck. The man told deputies his neighbors had observed the same people there two weeks ago. Deputies were able to identify the suspects as a 16-year-old boy from Oxford and a young female from Oxford. Both suspects were advised not to return to the man’s property or it would be considered trespassing.

June 18: A 50-year-old woman from Oxford Township came to the Oakland County Sheriff’s substation at 8:51 a.m. to report that her ex-husband, a 53-year-old man had recently been released from prison for aggrevated stalking and had allegedly made several phone calls to the woman’s office and cell phone over the last few days, which was a violation of his parole. A report was taken and the man’s parole officer was notified.

June 17: A 70-year-old man from Clarkston walked into the Oakland County Sheriff’s substation at 10:29 a.m. to report that his wallet had been stolen from a park located in the 2000 block of Seymour Lake Rd. The man told deputies that the theft had likely occurred between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. the previous day, when he had left his wallet in a pair of shoes within a duffel bag while practicing softball. The wallet reportedly held $650 in cash, along with the man’s credit cards and Social Security card. The credit cards were cancelled and the Social Security office was notified.

June 12: A 90-year-old Oxford woman called Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies at 4:25 p.m. to report an alleged hit-and-run which had occurred June 10 at 6 p.m. at the crossroad of N. Lapeer and Indianwood roads. The woman told deputies that she had been attempting to merge onto N. Lapeer Rd. when a red pickup truck struck the rear of her car. The truck, which was possibly driven by a male, then drove around her car and allegedly fled northbound. According to the report, the woman told deputies she drove home and “forgot to look for damage at the time,” but noticed the damage later when she went to open her trunk. The woman’s vehicle was observed to have minor to moderate damage to the rear bumper and some black/red paint on it.
