Notice of Adoption of

Codification Ordinance

and Code of Ordinances

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 9, 2017, the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted an Ordinance to adopt a Code of Ordinances for the Village of Leonard (the “Code”), which Code incorporates most of, and in some instances amends, the existing separate ordinances of the Village of Leonard (“Village”) into one comprehensive and topically organized Code adopted to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the Village.

The Village or Leonard Zoning Ordinances, Ordinance #19, as amended, is neither included in, nor repealed by, the Code, and shall continue in force.

Copies of the Codification Ordinance and the Code of Ordinances are available for inspection or for purchase during regular business hours at the Village Hall.
