NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDMENT TO

SIGN SETBACK ORDINANCE

Please take notice, that the Oxford Village Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering an amendment to the Sign Ordinance Section 7.4.8.F.3.b, which currently includes the 25 foot building setback requirement, be replaced with the following text: “The sign must be set back at least three feet from all lot lines and public sidewalks, and must meet the clear comer vision standards in Section 7.4.3.c.”.
