NOTICE OF ADOPTION

Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees, at a Regular Meeting on the 14th day of March 2018 held the Second Reading and adopted Ordinance No. 67A.016:

• Modifying Section 1.3, Enabling Authority, to adopt by reference the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, MCL 125.3101 et seq., as amended at this time or as may be amended in the future;

• Modifying Section 3.7, Schedule of District Regulations, to reduce required side yard setbacks for non-conforming lots within the R-1 and R-1A zoning district;

• Modifying Section 8.8, Parking and Storage of Commercial and Recreational Vehicles, to clarify the conditions for allowing RV storage and repair within residential zoning districts;

• Modifying Section 7.5, Standards for Landscape Materials, to reference established lists of invasive and diseased species; and

• Modifying Section 13.5, Site Condominiums, to incorporate street tree requirements.
