The Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,  October 16, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the Oxford Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan 48371 to consider the following:

Applicant:  Benjamin Schnurle – One Drop Brewing Company, LLC

Zoning:      I-1 Industrial District

Request:   Pursuant to section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance – Special Land Use to have a bar or lounge as an allowable use in on an industrially-zoned parcel in conjunction with the permitted use of brewing beer.
