ADDISON TOWNSHIP LIBRARY

Request for Proposals

for Professional Services for Civil Engineering

Please be advised that the Addison Township Library Board is requesting proposals for the agreement known as Professional Services for Civil Engineering for the Addison Township Library. The Library is seeking bids on Civil Engineering which includes the following: Schematic Design Documents, Site Plan Approval Document Preparation, Light and Landscape Design, and Construction Documents & Final Engineering for 3.8 acres: land parcels 05-27-254-007 , 05-27-256-009 .

Submit proposals to the Library Director located at 1400 Rochester Rd. Leonard, MI. 48367. The proposed agreement and specifications are available at the Library during regular business hours. All requests for proposals must be labeled “ Professional Services for Civil Engineering ” and received by the Library Director by 11:00 a.m. by November 5 , 2018, at the address as shown above. Bids received shall be opened at the Addison Township Library at that time. Proposals may be awarded, rejected or re-advertised at the sole discretion of the Addison Township Library. The contract shall be awarded by the Library Board of Trustees. The Addison Township Library Board of Trustees is authorized to solicit proposals . The contract shall be awarded at the scheduled regular meeting of November 20 , 2018 at 7:00 pm . This serves as your notice of the meeting. Addison Township Library has and expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without cause. Please contact the Library Director, Jaema Berman with any questions.
