NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE OUTDOOR DISPLAY ORDINANCE

SECTION 4.1.28 AND 4.1.29 AND ARTICLE 2.

Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public

Hearing at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on January 15, 2019 in the Oxford Village

Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering the Ordinance Amendment to Section 4.1.28 Outdoor Display Sales, and Section 4.1.29 Accessory Outdoor Display in the C-1-Transitional District with  amendments to Article 2: Definitions for Open Air Business permitted in the C-2 District.

A complete copy of the proposed zoning ordinance and language amendment is available for review at the office of the Village Clerk, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford. Telephone 248-628-2543 during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Physically challenged persons needing assistance or aid at the public hearing should contact the Village Clerk during regular business hours not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the public hearing.
