Oxford Community Schools will be accepting comments and feedback regarding a draft transition plan that has been created for the Clear Lake Elementary School playgrounds due to a complaint filed with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) regarding compliance with the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design (ADA). The draft transition plan can be found on the Oxford Community School’s website located here: http://www.oxfordschools.org/departments/business-_operations/request_for_feedback or a copy of the draft transition plan can be provided by contacting Sam Barna, Assistant Superintendent of Business & Operations, sam.barna@oxfordschools.org, office phone (248) 969-5008. Please submit comments and feedback directly to Sam Barna via email related to the transition plan for Clear Lake Elementary School’s playgrounds by Noon on Monday, January 14, 2019.
