Board Meeting Synopsis

The Addison Township Board; its elected members Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Fisher, Trustee King,  Trustee Newby, Trustee Gierak and Trustee Senft held a regular meeting on February 11, 2019 at 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard MI 48367.  The following action was taken:

Approved the agenda with an addition for budget amendment.

Approved the consent agenda consisting of the January minutes, bills as paid, park ranger appointment: Greg Gratowski, approve/renew of the 2019 MMRMA insurance agreement, budget amendment: $2500 from Cemetery to  Board of Review.

Held public hearing for Truth in Taxation and 2019/20 Budget.

Approved and waived purchasing ordinance for road chloride agreement.

Approved and waived purchasing ordinance for spring cleanup agreement.

2019/20 budget work session.

Approved the resolution adopting the 2019 wages for Fire Department.

Authorized a budget amendment for building department to increase revenue by $42,000 and expenditures by $27,800.
