SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on February 13, 2019 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.

PRESENT: Supervisor Dunn, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Curtis, Trustee Durr, Trustee Nichols, Trustee Payne

ABSENT: None

The following actions were taken:

Approved the Agenda as presented.

Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Open Public Meeting at 6:42 p.m. to discuss Great Lakes Senior Living Communities purchase of Independence Village of Waterstone.

Closed Public Meeting at 6:46 p.m. to discuss Great Lakes Senior Living Communities purchase of Independence Village of Waterstone.

Adopted Ordinance 132, adding Section 30-9 To Prohibit Marihuana Establishments.

Approved the Oxford Township Employee Handbook as amended.

Approved the Resolution approving the issuance by the Arizona Industrial Development Authority of not to exceed $400,000,000 Senior Living Revenue Bonds for the purchase of Independence Village of Waterstone located in Oxford.

Approved to authorize Supervisor Dunn to sign the Safety Path Cash In-Lieu of Agreement in the amount of $8,295.00.

Approved to accept the current Township Supervisor, Planning Commission Chair and Township Board Liaison to the Planning Commissioon to sit on the Gravel Committee.

Approved to provide one (1) REU per lot at no connection fee charge to each property owner as compensation for easement acquisition on the west side of M-24 from south of Oakdell to Drahner Road, and for the Seventh Day Adventist Church located on Maintou Lane for the placement of water main.
