Kelly Ann Allen was born Nov.1, 1960 and died on Sept. 7, 2019.

Kelly never married or had children, but she had many nieces and nephews whom she loved and adored so very much and they loved her back in the same way.

Kelly was proceeded in death, by Dale(father) Carol (mother) and Mike (brother). Our beloved sister is survived by siblings ~ Marlon(Grace) Steve, Matt (Shelley) Sherman, Karen (Carl) Loren (Vicki).

Kelly was born and raised in, Oxford. She was, vibrant, athletic and loved by so many, family and amazing friends. Kelly moved to St. Pete, Florida in 1989. Her best friends were, John and Jennifer (Jewell) Owens, Loreen Owens and her boyfriend of 15 years, Jimmy Pepal. They were her Florida family for more than 30 years. God bless you, Kelly Ann Allen, you will be missed by so many. Rest in peace.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Legacy 925, located at 925 N. Lapeer Rd., in Oxford from 2 to 6 p.m.
