The weather was good and Washington Street was lined with holiday revelers in town for Oxford Village’s annual Soup and Sweet Stroll. Businesses stayed open late and people were able to sample warm soup and sweet treats. Students from Oxford schools sang carols under the gazebo in Centennial Park.
