Dear Editor,
I would like to share an experience that my wife and I and two others encountered on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 13 at Mario’s Restaurant on M-24 in Oxford.
After enjoying a leisurely lunch and asking Robyn, our waitress, for our check, she informed us that a Good Samaritan had paid our check for us.
Now I ask you, is kindness really a thing of the past?
