SYNOPSIS
Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on April 13, 2022 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Charles, Trustee Colvin, Trustee Nold, Trustee Payne
ABSENT: None
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as amended.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Opened Public Hearing at 6:37 p.m. to discuss the establishment of the M-24 Sewer Line Construction Special Assessment District.
Closed Public Hearing at 6:38 p.m. to discuss the establishment of the M-24 Sewer Line Construction Special Assessment District.
Approved to set a Second Reading and possible adoption of the International Property Maintenance Code Ordinance 138.
Approved to set a Second Reading and possible adoption of Ordinance 132.001 and refer Zoning Ordinance 67A.028 back to the Planning Commission for revision with the most recently discussed changes incorporated.
Approved to adopt Ordinance 107A.008 – Sewer Ordinance.
Approved the EMS Cost Recovery Fee Schedule.
Approved the Assistant Fire Chief Matthew Majestic Contract Renewal.
Approved the North Area Sanitary Sewer Special Assessment District Resolution No. 2 as presented.
Approved legal counsel guidance for the American Rescue Plan Act.
Approved the Charter Township of Oxford Procurement Policy as presented.
Approved the Compensation and Performance Evaluation Form.
Approved the participation in the Oakland County 2022 Moth Suppression Grant Program.
Approved the quote from CS4 Electronics to update the camera systems in the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Substation in the amount of $12,561.89
Approved the August 2, 2022 ballot language for the North Oakland Transportation Authority Renewal Millage.
Approved the Resolution to adopt the Oxford Township Support Emergency Operations Plan as presented.
Approved to participate in the 2022 Oakland County Road Gravelling Program.
Approved the Michigan Department of Transportation Performance Resolution for Municipalities as presented.
Approved the Resolution Authorizing Eminent Domain for Temporary Construction Easements as needed.
Approved to authorize Sharpe Engineering to contact H.G. Sartor and provide a quote for the proposed Oxford Cemetery paving project for consideration of approval at the May 11, 2022 Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees regular meeting.
Approved to direct Supervisor Curtis and Trustee Nold to research and purchase a total of 15 chairs with a cost not to exceed $3,500.00.
Approved to amend the Township Investment Policy.
Approved the 2022 West Nile Virus Prevention Program.
