SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Town-
ship of Oxford Board of Trustees held on June 8,

2022 at the
Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright,
Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Charles, Trustee Colvin,
Trustee Nold, Trustee Payne
ABSENT: None
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as amended.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Approved to adopt Ordinance 67A.028 amend-
ments to the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning

Ordinance as presented.
Approved the Internationl Association of Fire
Fighters Local 4763 effective January 1, 2022 as
presented.
Approved to allocate $50,000.00 of the Oxford
Township American Rescue Plan Act funds to the
Polly Ann Trailway Management Council for the
purpose of resurfacing the Polly Ann Trail.
Approved Task 1 – Scoping a Single Hauler

Procurement Process and to approve Task 2 – Prepa-
ration of the Single Hauler Request of the Proposal/

Work Authorization for Single Hauler Procurement
proposal from Resource Recycling Systems in an
amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
Approved to adopt the Resolution recognizing
Parks and Recreation Director Ronald Davis as
presented.
Approved to allow John W. Glinski, to provide
payment in lieu of construction of a safety path in
the amount of $29,070.00 to the Safety Path Fund.
Approved to authorize the Township full-time
elected officials to explore similar retiree health care
plans as offered to Oxford Fire Department union
employee.
Approved to enter into a one (1) year contract

with Oakland County Equalization Division for As-
sessing Services.

Approved to accept the resignation of Ashley
Ross from the Charter Township of Oxford Planning
Commission effective May 26, 2022.
Approved to authorize the Oakland County Water
Resources Commission to proceed with the cleaning
of the Red Barn water tower.
Approved to direct the Ordinance Review
Committee to draft language removing the current
requirement of placing street trees in front of homes
in single family residential districts.
Approved to enter into a Cost Participation Gravel

Road Improvement Program with the Road Commis-
sion for Oakland County for 2022.

Approved to authorize Treasurer Joseph G. Fer-
rari to notify the Oakland County Treasurer’s Office

that the Charter Township of Oxford will waive its
first right of refusal and formally pass on purchasing
delinquent tax parcel number P-04-09-451-008 for
back taxes.
