Last Friday afternoon, the parking lot was full, as were the seats at the American Legion Walter Fraser Post 108, on E. Drahner Road. And, it was no wonder. Once again the Post hosted its annual Veterans Day Luncheon. Veterans from every branch of the United States Armed Services, from as far back as WW2 were on hand for a free lunch and beverage.

World War 2 veteran Don Graves, lower left corner attended the luncheon with his son (to his right), Mike Graves, Buster Stark, Clarence Cameron and his daughter-in-law Holly Graves.

Before lunch, veterans and their family listened to a brief program recognizing and honoring their service.
