SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on November 9, 2022 at the
Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Charles, Trustee Colvin, Trustee Nold, Trustee Payne
ABSENT: Supervisor Curtis
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as amended.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Approved to allocate an amount not to exceed $60,600.00 for the purpose of designing a safety path along the
south side of Seymour Lake Road from Sanders Road to Seymour Lake Township Park.
Approved to appoint Trustee Nold, Trustee Charles and Trustee Colvin to a committee to work with Attorney
Ellis to devise a proposed First Reading of a noxious weed ordinance.
Approved to levy 0.0000 mills to be placed on the Winter 2022 tax bills for the North Oakland Transportation
Authority due to the Oakland Transit Millage being successful.
Approved to authorize Treasurer Ferrari to sign a one (1) year subscription contract/invoice with Munetrix,
LLC in the amount of $3,711.00 in order to meet the State of Michigan reporting requirements to secure
economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP) funding.
Approved the Resolution to clarify the applicability of amendments made to Section 12 (Site Plans) to the
Oxford Township Zoning Ordinance.
Approved a committee of Jon Nold, the Fire Department, and the Clerk’s office to make changes to the existing
Mobile Food Truck Establishments Ordinance.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
