Township of Addison
Board Meeting Synopsis

The Addison Township Board; its elected members are Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett,
Treasurer Fisher, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Gierak, Trustee Geibel, and Trustee Frost held a
regular meeting at the Township Office on February 21, 2023. The Township Offices are
located at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard MI 48367. The following action was taken:
Approved the Consent Agenda consisting of the January 17, 2023 minutes, January 2023 bills
paid, Resolution authorizing the Fire Departments reinstatement and reclassification of the 10th
full time position, Kingsbury Country Day School Fair Sunday June 4, 2023.
Held a Public Hearing and Approved the Resolutions establishing SAD’s for Donna Mae and
Marcy Lane, Gravel Ridge Rd and Deerpointe, Low Wood Trail and Charitoo Ridge.
Held a Public Hearing for Truth in Taxation and Budget.
Authorized the Resolution for the Interlocal Agreement with Oakland County and NOTA.
Approved Columbarium engraver and Authorized the Resolution for Township Cemetery Policy.
Renewed Agreement with VC3.
Park: Requested PEA to submit agreement for phase 1 and amend design.
Appointed Mary Frost as alternate to the OCTV Commission.
Reviewed 2023/24 Budget.
