Township of Addison
Board Meeting Synopsis

The Addison Township Board; its elected members are Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett,
Treasurer McDonald, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Gierak, Trustee Geibel, and Trustee Frost held
a regular meeting at the Township Office on February 18, 2025. The Township Offices are
located at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard MI 48367. The following action was taken:
Amended and approved the Agenda to include the 2025 Gravel Road Program.
Approved the Consent Agenda consisting of January 21, 2025 minutes, January 2025 bills paid.
Held a Public Hearing and Authorized the Resolutions establishing SAD’s for H. Eddy Drive,
Ridgemont Rd. and Lighting District 1.
Approved the Resolution Adopting the Amendments to the Employee Manual.
Approved the Resolution to Purchase property from the Township Library.
Approved the Resolution for Credit Card Use and Policy.
Approved the Resolution Authorizing an Agreement for Remittance of Tax Collection with the
School Districts.
Reviewed the Budget.
Approved the Resolution for the General Appropriations ACT for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
Approved the 2025 Gravel Road Program.
