Bernard L. Kupskey, of Oxford, born December 30, 1925 in Auburn Hills, Michigan, promoted to Heaven on August 12, 2017. He was 91.

Son of the late Julius and Theresa Kupskey. Preceded in death by his wife Mabel; his son Richard Armstrong; two brothers Karl and Richard; sister Ruth Schiffman; brother-in-law Robert Schiffman; and his cherished companion, June Sherman, who brought him much happiness and joy.

He is survived by his brother Larry and sister-in-law Mary Kupskey. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and many dear friends he has made over the years.

Bernard was a Navy Veteran who served in World War II and was a member of the American Legion Post 108 in Oxford.

He retired from Fischer Body in Pontiac in 1981. A funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors (39 W. Burdick St.) in Oxford was held on Wednesday, August 16.
