The Oxford Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Sept. 4 to welcome Bluebird Hospice to the community. Guests joined owners Matthew and Marie Kopmeyer and Bluebird Hospice Executive Director Deanee Mauser RN, MSN, who cut the ribbon.
